Well, don't start getting bitter and bringing your cronies in. You started it with a sarcastic post so bear with it. Even thru your last 2 posts, I didn't even say anything about you.

Nice repeated harmony. Nice vibrato. These are expected from a player who has played for a number of years.

You got out of tune @ 0:53. Repeat harmony is... well... repeated.

The fabled-DS-1-straight-into-computer tone ain't nothing much to scream about, its muddy, and yes, nice 60-cycle hum, its nothing new from you. But it makes your happy so? Rock on.

Actually, why don't you come comment on my track too? I mean, i never see you give critique, its always some generic comment...

comments are welcomed too :)

Dude! :) Nice to see you posting here!

I liked the shred runs like the one @ 1:46 on... its very nice and fitting. The vibrato is strong and very steady. The runs are very nice. Good stuff! The pentatonic run at 1:52 is a little off but thats nothing to yell about... Outro tapping is nicely done. Oooo... gotta watch some bends there during the choruses...

You got off to a slow, kind of unsteady start but near the end, warming up very very nicely, great vibe at the end. :)

Your friend just started guitar I guess?

Hmmm... first things, gotta get the recording done properly... its clipping very badly. There's a couple of threads on how to record so you should direct him to them...

Other than that... practice. Bend in tune, get some vibrato going on, but really, improve the recording quality!

Its a commendable effort for a noob though, say aye to your friend for me. :D

I never learnt any scales or what-so-ever so sometimes get out of note >.<

You know... if you never learnt any scales whatsoever, then you're telling me you are playing your solo purely by ear?!

That is COOL.

But do learn some scales lah... its like a lamp to guide you in the dark lah... at least you can see where you are going!

Otherwise, erm, I'm not going to commend on note choices... but practice more vibrato. Vibrato is good. Very good. :D
