but whenever i go to randolf place for guitar stuff, pass by his rows of guitars.....that is called SIPEH SONG AH!!!!!!!!!
No no no! Check out this 1st hand account of a kinda shocking story when I paid my 1st visit to local guitar collectors house!!!
It all began when I first stepped into this collector's lovely house, I noticed a distinctive scent in the air and tot it was quite unique. Anyway I was shown to a room where I was given a stool made out of birdeye maple. (So ya I have curly maple rings on my ass! Haha) neway I sat down... on that maple stool...birdeye someore! sipped the lovely herbal that was offered...with my left hand gently cupping the pretty saucer and my right thumb and forefinger ever sooo nimbly gripping hold of the slender porcelain cup's handle (oh i must mentioned that my right hand pinky was sooo extended, my host asked if I was a big fan of Queen?! Huh?)
Neway, i'll cut it short and make my very dramtic nong nong story much shorter. I noticed among a thick stash of guitar player mags and brochures a full colour catalogue from Tom Anderson Guitars and I was browsing through it with my eyebrows going "plink! plink!" The collector asked what I thought of Tom Anderson's and I was like "Wah, these arh!? Very nice very nice! Look, see the the woods!? look see the finish
!? look see this, look see that.... of course Tom Anderson very nice wan la!
This collector proceeded to pull out every hardcase of Tom Andersons that he owned from cover page to back page of the catalogue! I almost fell off the birdeye maple stool from looking over my shoulders everytime this collector pulled out one after another of the Andersons!!! It was really funny because he kept asking me with each model that I tried "Is this a good guitar?"
OMG! Forgive me but I missed mass for more than a few sundays after that!
Heheheheehehe.... Just wanted to share my "plink plink!" experiences la.
Oh, oh! Btw that unique scent I mentioned about earlier!?? I grew to learn that was the fragrant scent of Nitro finish!!! Ahhhhh!
