This snare costed me a bomb, although after tuning etc, it sounded very very good, but i still feel that it is sort of overpriced, but the wood grains etc, looks very nice.

Just received my Yamaha SCB Natural Wood 4 piece shell pack yesterday.Lighting hasn't been good to me so you guy will have to make do with just one edited picture...

I just bought my first (second hand) drum kit and cymbals on Sunday, its a Ludwig Accent Combo 5pc. Cymbals are Sabian AA 14" Regular Hi-Hats, Sabian Vault 17" Thin Crash, Sabian AA 20" Medium Ride, and 3 Solar Cymbals which I'll probably sell off.
Total cost about $1200, pretty happy with what I've got so far. Spent a few hours dusting/polishing/setting up lol...
I haven't tuned the drums well so they don't sound best, got to get some moon gel too. I'll probably take some pictures and post it later when I've got more time.

I used this kits 2 years ago,I played ethnic Java ostinato, I used Kentongan low and high pitch, Ceng2 bali, rebana, and jamblock on my left foot

this is my pedal set up,I Used it to opening Yamaha Band Blast 2009 in batam

left side is mine and right side is Alvin Drum Kit, Alvin is yamaha drum endorsee,he is Metal drummer from NOXA and Cemetery Dance Club (Indonesia), I played it to launching yamaha drum "ROCK TOUR" in Mega mall,Batam,Indonesia

My humble compact kit made up of mix and match hardware. Built it with portability and small/acoustic gigs in mind.

Snare: Pearl Mini multi-way piccolo
Floor tom: Carlos
High-hat stand: Iron cobra
Cymbal boom stand: Pearl
Cymbal clamp stand: Brandless
Pedal: Pearl Eliminator
Cymbals: 14" HHX groove hats, 14" AAX crash, 19" HHXplosion crash (using it as a ride)

Modded the pedal with the help of Alvin. Huge thanks for the help!
