I am just TOTALLY PISSED OFF with service in Singapore

hehe, isnt it amazing if the dude at the shop who has pisses so many people off but still able to work at the shop while the rest are busy trying to rid him in the thread.

For that i think he is amazing :lol:
 
nahh...to get him out of his job tatz probably not gonna happen...but i'm sure he plays lap dog to every other well-dressed professional tat buys (and will keep buying) expensive stuff from the store.

Itz these guys that will keep returning thus mr salesman gets to hold on to his job tat much longer by being the "expert" in the store who was "formerly from the industry"...haha...wat a loser...

hehe, being brutal is to make them lost their job and make sure their fate never the same after treating customer like dirt. If not, this thread will go to waste.

Oh, and lap dogz the bomb! At least they can survive everywhere while the good guys cant get even, but only get angry and pissed :lol:

This forum has indeed generated a lot of feedback.Some positive, some negative, some constructive and some destructive hehehe (All those music stores guys r u listening to this?) On another note? Have anyone commended any sale staff that gives excellent service? Like sending them emails, letter of appreciation, bouquet of flowers (For the the opposite gender sales staff) etc.... I believe this small gesture will boost the morale of the sales person in a way or another.
 
When it comes to me...I commend salespeople in my own way....

I always shop only with them...I look for them specifically...
I let my view be known on websites like this so that other people know what kind of service i received from which salesguys

I believe that these kind of intangible benefits are better than actual praise :lol:

For me, i told the chinese sales guy @Music Theme in the face - "I'm buying from you because i like you - good job".

man....the whole issue came up cos i wanted a toneport from them...hehe and apparently stock wont come for 2 months... :lol: i hate waiting so long...

ps.I have no qualms about going back to city music...no matter what i said here...in fact they should bloody well make a double effort to make me happy the next time :lol:

but i dont care...cos i wont go down there on principle....until they improve :D
