So i got my first floyd rose RG few weeks ago Had fun playing till one day this happened..

See how the Place where the b string is supposed to be in (sorry i dont know what part of the bridge that is could anyone kindly name that part for me) has "poped" out and is out of place? It is also very very shaky and lose. Can anyone help me please? Thanks

trying to get all the saddles lined up straight??

cheapo option
1. google "guitar intonation"
2. read everything you can find on guitar intonation
3. find little allen wrench
4. move saddle until back or forwads until string is intonated
5. use little wrench to tighted saddle screw to clamp saddle in position

expensive option: take guitar to tech for set up

PS - if your guitar came that way....shoot the tech that set it up.

No it just poped out like that just a "DING" then it poped out. i dont know whats its supposed to be like. I know close to nothing about floyd rose.

 oh my ....what to do ...??
I believe you are given a couple of allen wrench with your purchase use that.... 1) loosen or remove your strings frist 2) adjust back the saddle to the possition it was before 3) tighten with allen wrench 4)fit back string > tune > start rockin :D

Actually, if it makes you more comfortable.

www.ibanezrules.com under tech. For ibanez guitars.

You can Eyeball the position from the pictures there.

NEVER force the intonation screw. NEVER EVER. It strips too easily.

Bring to reputable techs if you can, see once, pay that $$$, you learn.

Just use the allen screw to lossen it and move it back man. It's easier than it sounds. 8)

i can teach you how to manually intonate the guitar, i juz came up with this a few days ago during a lecture when i was bored

check the 12th fret harmonic against the 12th fret note

if harmonic is sharper than note, then move the saddle towards the nut

if harmonic is flat of the note, then move the saddle away from the nut

if i am wrong, somebody correct me

Yeap, you are spot on.

Here's something from Project Guitar that says the same thing,
http://projectguitar.com/tut/intonate.htm

Actually threadstarter's not really seeking to intonate, more like getting it back into position.

Now, worst thing to do in threadstarter's case at the moment is to whammy, going to put two little holes into the body. 8)

i couldnt do it at first, but once i tried it, quite fun leh. not that hard as it seems, just experiment. but of course wont be as good as those techs, but it's a good learning experience!
