Regarding pre-nupts as mentioned my lawyer friend told me, so I think it should be pretty accurate. She said that women are very protected in marriages by the law. But I don't understand the gender bias. No one is stopping the girl from having a pre-nupt as well.

usually i would just delete away threads like this because i feel the comments made are not true reflection of what the real situation is.
