Pre marital sex is fine, but wait till youare mature enough (mentally) before you engage in it. I think that's why the number of STDs among teens is growing so rapidly, they lack the maturity to practise safe sex or downplay the importance of it.

I personally don't think waiting for marriage is needed, nowadays so many marriages aren't even for life anymore. But that's me.

Yup did you know pre-nuptials aren't allowed by law in Singapore marriages? I didn't till a lawyer friend told me ta couple months back. I find it kind of ridiculous though.
