im not sure if a valbee could be modded for better grinding with the 7th though... but even if it could, no point luh. 8speaker... what to expect.
no no no, i am not thinking of getting a new amp.

Thanks Zax...its nice to know how the 7th has been able to fulfill your tonal tastes...btw i must say i learnt quite abit while tweaking the 7th to your taste too....i'm now using the setting i got at your place for classic rock...for that marshally vibe.

Must say that I'm learning sth new about the 7th each day...whether it be tweaking it to taste at home or at different amps offered at the various studios i jam in, but whatever it is, in general the best results come when an amp with at least a 12" speaker. Thank you Goose for all the help and advice offered .....really that extra something that goes forward in helping me with compared to purchasing a pedal from some guy overseas. I especially appreciated the ts9dx that you modded for me and that custom Boosty to give my leads for the 7th that "extra something" :D Really happy with my tone now.

Yup IZED sumed it up, the 7th is really a door too many possibilities......keke but imo just love the bogner tone that i can get out of this box........and of course the standard marshally sound and many more......now experimenting with the 7th is where all the fun is! Thanx goose, now i am just looking forward to ur NEXT project, keke hope u know what i am talking abt lol, cheers!
 
a compatibility issue. I'm unable to get the 7th to work with my other pedals, especially the delay pedals I have. The tone sizzles up, volume fluctuates. It's immensely annoying because even using my wah, which has a buffer, creates similar issues.

Goose & I are at our wits end - I decided to let it go then.
 
Oh manz shredcow.......wat a waste.......people r starting to sell off their 7th, which is a sad sight.....it's a pity that it doesnt fit into ur tone.......but then again it will be someone else's gain, gd luck for ur sale shredcow.

I think I got to be clear - its not about the tone. Its about compatibility in my pedalboard. Just doesn't seem to mix well.
