James is gonna lock this cos a certain shop has been mentioned. Believe it or not.
So much of complaints.
I always hear people saying this shop got no service that shop uncle so rude. Well if you have enough money then just get whatever you're looking for and leave.
At the end of the day it all boils down to if you have enough money or not. If you really want that gear, are you gonna let some rude guy put you off from getting that gear????
I'm not. I'll just throw my money down and get that gear home. I'm not gonna let anyone stop me from anything I want! Period!

When your boss scolds you inside outside frontside backside just to vent his/her frustrations on you, don't you think its a little rude too? I would get offended sometimes but even so, there are 2 options to go from here. Either send him the letter of resignation or bear with it. I believe that most would choose the latter though.

Not everyone is as well-versed in the products as you are. What about people like myself who needs some professional advice on which purchase is most suited for myself?
How about people who would like to test a few sets of equipment before deciding on his purchase?
Would you choose to believe salesman pitch over your own research at forums like this one? In such a case, very common to kanna "slice". Very scary indeed if you are new to the guitar business. If you are satisfied with your research and have to means to purchase, by all means go ahead and try before making the final decision. No one would fault you for that.

Today I had went over to Penisular and asked about the price of the bass neck at Guitar Connection Ptd Ltd. Here is the conversation
Me: erm, may i know how much is the price of this bass neck
(one silve gold hair uncle come out)
Uncle: $1000 plus, you got money? or u want a hundred plus one? What kind of neck you want
Me:I am not sure yet I just come over to check out the price so i can get it next time
Uncle shouted: u no money don's say so much, u check already then come if not get out!
So is this the attitude that I should get?

And honestly, i find it a bit strange that the threadstarter deliberately registered a nick in this forum JUST to lodge a complaint. go count it. Every post Yuki has made in this forum is on this thread.

the music kopitiam is not meant for people to complain. Never was the intention of the folk who set up the forum here for.
It was only till some people who didnt get satisfactory services from the shops locally, didnt bring it up to the shop face to face and only thing they knew, is to come here and complain. And in the end, nothing much has changed, till the next new guy come around, repeat the same thing all over.
Anyway, threads of similar content all along round the forums here, if you search to read on it, usually its being locked by moderator and with the remark of bring the matters to the managment of the shop instead of voicing out here. Cos most of the time, if really concern about the services and wanna see improvement, the best is still to go back to the shop and talk to them
But sadly, most of the time, we will only voiced out here, due to the unsatisfactory services we gotten, but not really so much hoping they improved their services. Of course, everything can be painted nicely as, "wanna warned others'.
imho
