James, enjoy your PRS if you like it lah. What I've said is a matter of opinion and it shouldnt stop you from enjoying your new guitar!
Go make some music...thats what matters heh
And go hone that budding photographer in you too! am liking those pictures of your PRS and the Seventheaven hehe.

That Jim Root tele looks awesome! Have you played a normal tele before? Does it have that tele tone? Am just curious cos it has EMGs in it....
I've played a John 5 tele my friend used to own and it still sounded like one despite having 3 high output humbuckers in it.

haha yes i've tried a tele before, and although the Jim Root Tele has a mahogany body, and EMGs, it still retains some of the Tele tone, albeit a darker-ish one.
i'm simply loving this tele.
