Thanks all! Yes I'm v impressed by the attention to detail and the build quality of my 60's road worn. Under good lighting, you can even see finish checking patterns on the body. Today i just noticed that the ends of the pickup covers are also a little rounded from wear. Best thing is the 100% nitro finish, no undercoat, just wood.. This is the closest I'll ever come to custom shop NOS/VOS/aged/relics..
Think i was lucky to score a road worn from the first production run.. some ppl on the other forums say that they normally try to do a very good job on the first runs, to drum up good reviews etc.
if only i cd play better, but thats another story..

Nice! The roadworns are fabulous guitars. They're available at sweelee btw. but yeah. not the best prices.
