The Blackheart Goose Giant I presume was modded (by Goose)? Care to share what the mods are?

Lifehouse: Hey bro, thats one of the main reason i got it cause the finish is really rare, has an exotic wood top which explains the swirly grain patterns (ain't not paint job btw keke). Since this is a limited edition and is no longer in production, it kinda turn out to be a collector's item hehe!

jdawg: Yupz my friend, u r sharp!!! Hehe no prizes for guessing rite though lol! Yeah it is a blackheart little giant with goose's mojo mods, and it is actually the first BH mojo mod that goose did (Goose my man, pls patent it can??). Basically goose changed out the OT tranny for a Hammond, change some transistors and caps for mojo ones, added a deep switch, high gain/low gain switch and hi input/low input switch. Besides that i swapped the tubes to Sovtek mil grade EL84 and Mullard RI 12AX7. All in all the mods changed the BH into a GIANT GOOSE hahahaha!

Btw it sounds extremely loud in 3 watts mode through the ceriatone cab, and i only play it at ard vol 4 for practice which is already causing my windows to vibrate lol! But ultimately it is the clean tone that kills imho!

Yeah i am serioues, it is the grain of the wood, u can check out the specs here http://www.ibanez.co.jp/products/page_jp.php?&data_id=231&color=CL01&year=2008&cat_id=1&series_id=8 , but the descriptions are in jap cause this model is only for sale in the jap market.

Actually this is my first ibanez guitar after more than 10 years of playing, i have been pretty much a gibson/fender dude until this came along. Kinda like an experimental axe for myself and boy the trem is really fun to play with keke.

Hey man, the ceriatone cab is a 2X12 loaded with celesion V30s, as for the original price i am not so sure since i bought it off second hand from hydesg (thanx bro, and congrats on ur new soldano head!). From what i heard from him, it is actually a custom order oversize cab that is not available off the shelf

Just retubed 2 of them.

Ceriatone with Tung-sol EL34Bs and JJ pres

Soldano with SED Winged C 6L6 and NOS Mullards

Soldanos sounds best with 6L6s! With the EL34Bs it doesnt sound as good as the 6L6s
