We would have loved to have 100 bands rocking out, but it's just not logistically possible. Unless someone is willing to come up with thousands of dollars to book the venue for a little longer lah
My apologies to the many bands who dropped messages to me asking to play. would have LOVED for you guys to play, seriously, but the original lineup was at 10 bands. I was already testing my luck by pushing it to 25 hee hee.
But we'll be mixing the genres up, so you'll have a little of everything at every hour of the full day gig It's to be fair to all metal, punk, rock, emo, indie, etc etc band playing. It's the biggest LSB so far!
Also, there will be some Project Superstar fans in the fray, along with Anugerah ones. It would be an awesome sight to see LOCAL BAND MUSIC fans totally outnumber them and give them ugly stares or boinking them on the head with bananas. It'd be a youtube experience heh. As it is, the lineup has conveniently been 'adjusted' so that local bands outnumber their acts by 10-1, 'coincidentally' of course
This is the first big scale gig on Sentosa since... I can't remember when!
Bring your friends and bring your poodles and get ready to rock out in the..um, sand?
Maybe book a room in the nearby hotel so you can hang with your friends afterwards
Still looking for additional volunteers for the event to coordinate the bands, people, etc!

There's no age limit for entry for both LSB OR the Gibson air guitar contest.
Everything's for free. The entire gig is for free, the contest is for free.
