Anyone else went to the MJ Black or White Tribute last night @ Zirca?

Hey ya'll,

Just wondering if any of U guys here went for the MJ Black Or White Tribute last night at Zirca, Clarke Quay?

I was there at about 9pm (which is the time it was supposed to start) & it was packed! But we managed to get in by 9:10pm.

It was a good night of reminiscing MJ's good ol' days. They played some of his most famous videos & the band (Yello Tinted) did a good job. Wayne Sandosham performed 2 MJ songs & Vanessa Fernandez sang too.

The MJ impersonators were actually kinda impressive! Could do the moonwalk pretty convincingly!

Overall, it was a lovely night to pay tribute to our King Of Pop.

Michael, I'm sure seeing your fans pay tribute to U made U smile from up above.

Btw, there's still a mystery on where MJ is buried. I have a feeling the casket that was brought in to the memorial service was empty and that MJ was already buried prior to the service.

Yea, i had that same hunch too, which is probably why it wasn't a wise idea to have an open casket. LOL! :mrgreen: All that would've been there would have been a single white glove!

And i think that MJ's family has requested for his body after it had been autopsied by the state coroner cos they had wanted to do another private autopsy on him.

Apparently his doctors are going to be sued?

Ooh just watched John Mayer's performance. WOW! It was awesome! What a lovely instrumental cover!

This just further goes to show how perfectly written Michael's songs were. All the greats in music of today never fail to shine when they cover any of MJ's songs.

I too suspect that it was an empty casket. MJ is better off buried somewhere unknown to the public. I think Prince Micheal will carry on his music legacy - he already has that grunge look and will probably revive grunge music in 10 years time \m/

Does anyone else find it a little out of place that all his 3 kids especially his daughter, Paris, do not look even the slightest bit black? It's like there's not even a tinge of African-American blood in them. Most people who have bi-racial parents (eg.black dad & white mum) turn out to be children of a little color. Just look at people such as Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Barack Obama & Leona Lewis. All of them have mixed black & white genes & they don't look pure white.

I just find it interesting, I guess!

Yea, i mean, i just find it strange that they don't have any color on them at all. Very unlikely if it is to be believed that he is their biological dad & Debbie Rowe is their biological mother.

Yea, as long as his 3 kids acknowledge MJ as their dad, then i guess who cares if he is in fact their bio father.

I watched the repeat telecast of the tribute last night. The performance by John Mayer was awesome. I enjoyed it.

Cool kids who have MJ as their dad. It's good!
