King of POP has passed away. RIP Michael Jackson.

I WATCHED THE MEMORIAL TRIBUTE LAST NIHT TILL 415AM OR SO - NOW DAMMM STONED

REALLY TOUCHING TRIBUTE BY THE VARIOUS ARTISTES ETC ...

HOWEVER THE LINE THAT BROUGHTTEARS TO MY EYES WAS ATTHE END WHEN HIS DAUGHTER EULOGISED HIM AND BROKE DOWN WITH "WE WILL MISS YOU DADDY"

EVERYTHING EVERYTHING ELSE, THE FANS, THE STARDOM, THE CONTRAVERSIES ETC ETC ... IN THE END... HIS PASSING LEAVES HIS FAMILY HEART BROKEN .... the tears of a little girl bring it all into perspective ...

Ah damnit. I missed the MJ memorial last night.

So pissed. Anyhow, yea, it must be really difficult & painful for his 3 children to lose their daddy. I mean, to the rest of the world, to some MJ was a music God. To others, he was a talented freak. But to his 3 kids, he was just simply their "daddy".

I pray that God be with MJ's family, friends & loved ones in this difficult time.

Once again, rest in heavenly peace, Michael.

You were the King Of Pop, are still the King Of Pop & always will be the only King Of Pop the world has ever known.

paris' speech really brought millions to tears...
a girl losing her dad is much much much sadder than millions losing their idol...=(
nearly cried in office...till i had to watch other funny youtube vids to neutralize myself...@.@

Yeah man. For the rest of us, we're losing our Idol whom we practically worshipped when we were younger & MJ was in his prime.

But our pain is incomparable to the pain & emptiness that his 3 children are going to have to feel everyday for the rest of their lives.

But you know what they say. Time heals all things.

Maybe.

I watched the memorial live and only watched it until halfway cos I was about to fall asleep. All in all, very emotional. Jermaine Jackson did a great performance. John Mayer did a great rendition of Human Nature instrumentally.

I watched the clip of MJ's daughter saying those farewell words and gosh, that must have been so hard for her and it definitely made millions of us cry.

My hats off to MJ, he was in showbiz way before he reached puberty with the Jackson 5. And he never looked back. We might never see another person like him ever again. He was really one of a kind.

:(

For those who missed the memorial, you can still catch it on Channel 5 at 5.00 Pm today.

Lol well... For me it was just sad because his life was a really sad one. And it ended just like that :S

Mariah Carey & Trey Lorenz performance of MJ's "I'll Be There" was touching.

Mariah doesn't sound as great as she used to when she was in her prime but i gotta say she's still a bloody great singer in my opinion.

Jennifer Hudson was good too. But somehow I never took a liking to her voice.

And Usher's performance of "Gone To Soon" was heart-wrenching to watch. I ended up crying. :(
