Anyone thinks that the sentence is too harsh?
I think that he should be locked up but they should also make him seek treatment to get rid of his fetish so that he won't be a re-offender rather than locking him up for so long..
Somemore got caning.. Later he develop a paraphilia in prison..

Imho, as much as we may not like our justice system, this issue does still involve a person who belongs to a "special" group of people. There is a really fine line between sarcasm and insensitivity and if many people misunderstood one's remark, the majority cannot be blamed for one's inability to express clearly.
Can't say that i pity the man, but i guess it's harsh on him.

Dir, listen up. U r entitled to ur opinions as all of us here. However, there is a fine line btwn being sacarstic n just plain rude. I suggest u be careful what u post online cos there have been cases of ppl gtg into trouble for saying things without much thot. Just becas it is a forum, doesnt mean u wont be held responsible for wat u say. And dun use religion to cuss cos that landed someone in trouble too.
