i'll collect it before the 8th drum exchange meeting (if its on the 27th), so that i it can be distributed at the exchange..

further ordering of the tees will need to have the same quantity too (+ - 50) simply because the cost will be kept at $20 per shirt...if theres only a few shirts to be printed, naturally the cost of printing will rise too..

if only got 10 tees = approx. $45 each
" " 50 tees = approx. $20 each

I have several plans in mind.

Plan A - wait until theres enough quantity, then order again...

Cons: those who ordered earlier, might have to wait awhile to compile all the orders into 50 tees

Pros: it is the safer method as there will not be unused tees lying around

Plan B* - Soft.com.sg order additional tees so it can be sold directly to softies

Cons: there might be some shirts that cant be sold cause it all depends on wat the person wants (size, colour, design...etc)

Pros: the tees will be on hand and ready to be sold...

*Plan B requires a capital to support it...i have gotten a few pieces extra out of my own pocket, however, i do not have the ability to order a reasonable amount like say 10, 20...

Bear in mind that tees are of the top quality and so is the printing.:)

gosh, 45 bucks per shirt for 10 shirts?? well i can't judge the quality of the shirt as yet coz we've yet to receive it but i think it's really2 expensive for just printing and quality...

if the shirt holds up after many2 washes, than i have to give my hats of but for now, i still have doubts to how "premium" the cotton and qualty of the printing.

no offence tho but it's just too expensive.. my class made a class tee shirt had all those fancy colours and wacky designs and stuff but the company only charged us around 12 bucks or 8 bucks if i can remember correctly. we only printed around 30+ shirts as the whole class doesn't want the shirt, used it around for quite awhile after for the 2 weeks study breaks, class outings and it's still holding up well...

not like the zildjian shirt i bought for 10 dollars, after 2 washes the cotton drooped and it looks bleagh... so i asked the drumfest artiste to sign on it and keep it :D

but bro SA, thanks for all the hassle and help and also forking out ur own pocket money to help out on the minimum quota the printing company has set...

np..:)the material is similar to the ones i'll brought to the 7th exchange.. the 45 bucks per shirt thing is not asking softies to pay, but to inform you guys the rough pricing if you just wanna print 10 shirts..:) and i strongly think its absurd, but well, it works like this:

lets say you want 50 tees...the factory will customise the tees and make them for you (not like those cheap tees thats alrdy premade)..so to make 50 tees...the factory will use a huge piece of cotton cloth...the remaing cloth thats leftover from making the 50 tees, will be wasted...

so if you wanna make 10 tees, its also from that piece of cotten cloth...10 tees needs even lesser cloth...so the leftover will be even more..thus the higher price...

:) hope it explains everything..

Go to Grafitti Imprint at Queensway Shopping Centre. 2nd Floor. Even with silk-screen printing...it'll only cost about $20+ per T-shirt for quantities below 20 pieces....That is if I remembered correctly...no harm checking with them again....their T-shirt quality is good...I have 5 year old t-shirts to prove...neck collar still tight and snugg....

thanks bro alvin, im sure there's cheaper and as of great quality shirt makers o ut there that doesn't charge so expensive...

5 years old!!! that simply shows the quality of the shirt... :D
