Here's what i got (about a month ago off eBay):
Bold - Speak Out / Youth Of Today - Break Down The Walls (combined CD)
Quicksand - Manic Compression
Quicksand - Slip
Quicksand - Self Titled
Shelter - Perfection Of Desire
The Smashing Pumpkins - Earphoria
Led Zeppelin - Remasters
Metallica - S&M
Black Sabbbath - We Sold Our Soul For Rock N' Roll

Ok, the Black Sabbath CD is not from eBay, i borrowed it from my brother so i can import it into my iPod! I missed out on Metallica S&M, and its a great surprise how BEAUTIFUL the whole 2 cds are...

Ohhh... and just received Load & Reload (lost both ages ago when moving house), and Mr Big - Lean Into It (upgrade from cassette) yesterday in the mail. Ok, i know, its "not fashionable" to say you love listening to them now...

hey subversion is your SC the regular edition as well? I'm waiting to see if the special edition will hit the stores soon.

wow, i popped by hmv today, and i just walked around aimlessly, then i saw something which caught my eye, mainly because portnoy was there,

Hey bros, anyone knows where to get Seraphim's albums? I wanna buy both their English and Chinese albums, but couldn't find them in Singapore. Thanks !

Here's what I've just got...

220px-HELLYEAH_ST.jpg

Not a bad album. But don't get it expecting Pantera just becuz of Vinnie Paul's involvement. I would say it sounds more like Damageplan instead.

200px-Ozzy_Osbourne_-_Black_Rain.jpg

A disappointment for me, being a big Ozzy fan. Expect the same usual Zakk Wylde licks, riffs and harmonics. But I find the drums and bass a tad boring.

Live-_In_The_Shadow_Of_The_Blues.jpg

Already got the live DVD + CD set. But got this just for the 4 new studio tracks.

200px-Through_the_Ashes.jpg

Already got this when it was 1st released in 2003. But decided to get the US pressing off Ebay just cos of that one extra track - "Seasons Wither".

Got the CD + DVD combo off Ebay. Amazing album. Phil Demmell really added a new fire to Robb Flynn. :supz:

Thks Evilshit. Will check it out on my off days. I was hoping I could get all in one shot...hahah

Hey DontDeRockMe, whats on the Machine Head's The Blackening DVD?

scum.jpg

Napalm Death's Scum, 20th anniversary edition. Comes with an additional DVD, documenting the forming of early Napalm Death and the eventual creation of the Scum album. Mick Harris, drummer, is predominantly interviewed here aside from music writers and record label people, but i wish other ex-members of the Scum line up like Lee Dorrian, Bill Steer and Justin Broadrick should have been interrviewed as well. But hey, complaining sucks! My favourite part is when Mick Harris tried to do a blastbeat on a drumkit when he hasn't been drumming for ages. Adorable.

Hey DontDeRockMe, whats on the Machine Head's The Blackening DVD?

It's basically a short documentary on the making of the album. Think it's just about 40 mins or so. The recording process, the guitar trackings, the vocal trackings, interviews, and also clips of Robb using Dimebag's signature guitar (given to him by Dimebag) and Phil using Randy Rhoads' signature guitar during the solo-trackings of "Aesthetics of Hate".

That sounds interesting bro, I'll definitely get the DVD combo since I haven't got the cd yet, although I have, errrr, downloaded the whole album..
