What the hell's with the crowd man... Esmond invited people to stand up and come forward during Vertical Rush's last song and my friend and I were the only 2 people to get to the front of the stage... Its either the people there hated Vertical Rush or they got too lazy and their butts were glued to the seats/floor... wtf man I've never seen such poor receptivity at Baybeats before. The crowd was large but they sat and watched a rock concert as if it was some classy orchestral performance!

I think the keyboardist of peepshow was owning with his macbook + Juno-G and that lil sling mini keys
that was pretty interesting man. 1st time im seeing the mini keys. (what's the exact name for it?)

My thoughts, make it like last year , with the stage near the bridge! SHIOK MAN.
But hey! The show was awesome! Force Vomit! THE SHINE AND SHINEx3 .. Superb entertaining sets. GO TAIWAN!GO!
And the rest, didnt manage to catch it.
So for those who are coming down on sat (tmr) , bring some cash, theres many2 merchandise to be bought! And of coz, theres free guitar picks and alot more freebies too.

Vertical Rush was really good!
i think they really shouldn't have gotten them to play at a venue with seats though...
i bought their CD! $20 at the booth... been waiting for it for a while.. finally..

Cardinal Avenue is playing at the almighty Baybeats 2008 @ Esplanade this Saturday 30th August at 7.30pm. We will be playing our new songs at the biggest show we’ve ever played up to date.
