Anybody tried the Lindy Fralins??

Yep... I tried the Vintage Hots. Surprisingly, it didn't sound very vintage to me. A bit contemprary... I dunno. I didn't like them as much as I thought I would. To me, orginal Fender pickups are the ones I like the most so far.

I only played around with Tex Mex, Vintage Noiseless, Texas Specials & SCN.. and probably those stock Mexican pickups..

on the note of pickups... personally, im sold on the suhr v60lps, been playing this strat alot so i can say im im going to try out a set of suhr FLs on my diy relic soon... hope they are really that much better.


i loved the samples i hear of the lollars too... so ive got a blonde set on my shell pink strat.

lol i tink im going to make one too...i have been hooked to vintage coloured fenders...soon i m going to have surf green,shell pink and a daphane blue guitars..

this is my first strat, made in japan... bought it off a fellow softie...

the finish had been sandpapered down, so i gave it a slight lacquer so that's y it looks matt... changed e pickguard, and gonna change e pups soon...
