yup, the tremolo is replaced. as i'm in NS now, i dont want the original tremolo to be tarnished/rusted/oxidized. so i took it out and packed it nicely in a air bubble filled bag plus lotsa foam in it and kept it in a box. i replaced it with a lower end ibanez tremolo. no one can maintain my guitar while i'm away, so i have to do that.

Did u replace the pick ups too? They dun look like evos that come with the jems? the knobs too?

yup, i replaced the knobs and switch selector tip. the Evos are removed and kept for other guitars in the future. the current H-S-H setup are SD Invaders-Tesla Plasma 1-Tesla Plasma 7. and the pick guard too. =)

YES indeed i was contemplating on changing those on my SA120 to phat cats, p90s or bill lawrences. just no moolah and kinda lazy. plus its not a main axe. but for a change, i'd like a cleaner, thicker and more vintage tone to my ibanez than a metal one.

strange still ibanez logo in it, chinese factory at least makes it right for logo. so we still can appreciate.LOL

the rg565 is by far the coolest rg model that Ibanez came out with. the fretboard dots are matching with the body. its just so unfortunate that Ibanez discontinued that model.

Ibanez is releasing way too much models of similar kinds. I feel they should have a control over it.

With that said, I was hoping for a mahogany body RG with fixed bridge
