Ok nvm, I`ll try to help out. Come out from Raffles Place MRT, where u`ll be under UOB Centre Building. U need to walk straight ALL the way, passing the Macs Boat Quay. Takes 5mins or less. Then u`ll see a traffic light for pedestrians to walk but DON"T cross. Turn right into and walk under the row of shophouses all the way until u see a lion statue and a conspiracy sign above your head. Then go up. U are there.

Complicated? Haha. Can someone give better directions?
