Got pics got talk, no pics no talk!

As a music playing person, we must up it more than just pictures.

Got picture got talk, got music talk further!

If not, after all the pics, we are just left with the surface of music, pics only

First you make people aware that there are female musicans by showing evidence using photos

Then you can test their quality of music by encouraging them (and not daring them) to upload videos

After that, you can notify them to invite you for their real life gigs if you are more interested in their genre.

And it goes on...

Pathein: Actually the Lilith Fair was more of a commercial stunt than anything else. It started out from Mclachlan's noble idea, but was possible solely because the label companies thought it would be profitable. If they didn't think it would reel in the cash, they would have never have backed it up, it wouldn't have been successful, or at least anywhere near that extent.

Girls = marketability.
