Are there any ticketed foreign acts this year for Baybeats worth catching that hasn't sold out?

is there any this year? i only know there was Mercury Rev last year. this year, it does not seem to have any ticketed performances.

lesser buzz may not be a bad thing afterall, at least those ppl who wants every band to play music to mosh to won't "enjoy" themselves.
