A Toneczar Openhaus is about the heaviest thing around right now.
openhaus.
biggest dist sound in a box right now.
That.. might change...
My guess that since Roland and Boss are kinda Working with each other now and the amp im using is an old Roland cube, it should be the Closest sound to what i have now.
leecs... personally, I don't really dig the recto model from the PodXT. It's just too loose and fuzzy sounding no matter how i tweak and I'm using headphones!
thot chanmin was echoing ur earlier opinion... what's gonna be the next big dist box shreddy?
and I agree...openhaus vs line6 ubermetal and MT2...well, ya know....
The best way if you really want a Mesa tone is to get a amp simulator like POD XT or something. I dont believe a pedal can replicate a Mesa tone, some more a Dual rect.
We shall see we shall see... wait for it on TGP...

Anyway to get a recto tone... I suppose you can try to get the amp. Go blackwood and try out the single recto there and see if it is what you want. Hearing studio or... even worse... youtube recordings something may be decieving.
If you still want a pedal, my recommendation goes to Righteoustone Fang.
but you believe a microchip can?
erm... because that's what a recto actually sounds like? Ever played thru one before? Every MESA I've tried has that big open loose sound. That's very much what I define as the MESA sound. If you want something big, open and still focused, then try a H&K Triamp. That's very good.
If you want something tight, the Solo100 model on the XT would be good.
Dude! When i hear the samples i literally went O_O
Where can i find this pedal?
