ramen in singapore is macam some kind of high class cuisine. the real shit in japan starts from ¥200 a bowl and probably tastes better than most of the stuff here. and local ramen probably prepared by some ah tiong trying to act japanese by cooking a dish that actually originated from china.

My sis has been to tokyo since I last brought her to santouka. She told me she was pretty disappointed in the quality of those ramen that she tried there. She'd be going to hokkaido later this year, i'll wait for her report. till then i'm pretty convinced santouka is the real deal.
