The meaning of ACDC and KISS

Yah yah ... under the eyes of "extrmemly conservative Christians" anything can be Satanic. No offense for Christians (i am one myself) but if I dun say this I feel like a balloon that is going to burst anytime!
The Augmented 5th is called the Devils note because it sounds scary. (The early church termed it)
Rock and Metal is satanic because they fails to tickle the ears of "Nice good" people. And accuse the tradition and artistry of Goths without any understanding of European history.
FHM is satanic because it induces lust.
MTV is satanic because it teaches wrong values about sex and violence.
99% of Hollywood movies are satanic because almost every movie has at least one or two character whom smokes ... drinks in a bar ... picks up the female lead and have passionate pre-maritial sex.
Discos and clubbing are satanic because they dun play Christian music.
Then ...
Titbits and junkfood should be satanic because it is high in Cholestrol .. destroys our body which is a holy temple of God.
Cars and Factories should be Satanic because they release toxins to the air and destroy earth which the the creation of God ... bad for health also.
Computers should be Satanic because it causes chronic obsessive behaviour of total oblivion to the world .... and you forget say your bedtime prayer ... and it's an open door to pornography.
Ya ya ya ... go on and give all the Glory to the Devil ... Give him credit for all that is man-made ... and man should go live in the mountains.
I think Satanism is all in the mind ... Jesus only rebuke one catogory off people during his Ministry ... they are the Pharisees ... and it's sad to see the Phariseerical tradition being passed on ... now who's the real satanist?
If living in Christ is freedom ... we should trust the holy spirit to tell us what is right or wrong in ambigous/grey areas ... not discriminate blindly based on human preferences. Human intervention is always a result of human pride ... and results in death ... it's written all over the bible.

Personally I feel It's all just "hype & gimmic" to create publicity & make as much money as possible.... I happen to be an AC/DC band & having watched the LET THERE BE ROCK vid with lotsa behind the scenes coverage - it's evident the guys in AC/DC are just out for BOOZE, partying with babes & rock & roll... I guess the same goes with the rest... With maybe the exception of weirdo Ritche Blackmore who perhaps really thinks he is a 16th century musician reincarnate perhaps?..hahah my 2 cents worth....

I think there's a difference between satanic, and sinning. People who say stuff are satanic are usually parents telling their little kids not to do stuff. use satan to scare the kids.

Highway to Hell isnt satanic. brian johnson said in an interview, they came up wit that song cuz the band was driving thru a desert in aussie and the weather was hot as hell so it was like drving on a highway to hell. as for the originality of their band name, it was their sister, Margeret Young, who saw the Alternate Current / Direct Current on the back of a sewing machine or vacuum machine n suggested AC/DC. it was also her who suggested Angus perform in his schoolboy's uniform onstage. back in the 70s or 80s, a grp of really conservative Christians wo obviously deemed AC/DC as satanic, made a bonfire out of a hugeass pile of their records and cds.to whoever thinks rock or metal music is satanic, dont be so narrow minded, you're missing out on alota gd music. -rolls eyes-. one priest back in the early 20th century commented, "why should we let the devil have all the good music?" im a christian myself and i listen, play and love AC/DC. let those who have eyes see, and those with ears hear.

i guess we all have responsibility over what we read than what we write .... everyone has a right to express themselves and what they think it's right ... But not everything that is voiced out has to be accepted. Hence Angus does have a point here ...

KISS's name came about when Paul Stanley was driving a car and the other members were trying to come up with names. Then he suddenly said "How about KISS?" and they others thought it was kinda weird for a rock band to call themselves KISS, but it had a nice simple ring to the name. So they stuck by it. Plus they wanted to glam themselves up to the extent that no one has done so, so KISS seemed appropriate what with all the make up.
All these rumours come about from over religious people trying to reason out why rock and roll is supposedly evil. In that case I should say that
