The Bassist's Effects Line Up

Oh shoulda told me you were using your Ring Mod to do square wave trembolos. The Andriod Ring Mod quite perfect for your needs ... MXR sized aslo tsk tsk

if that's what you wanna call it, heheh - post rock it is. i guess as hebat the moog can sound, its pretty much limited to what kinda genre you can use it on. cant imagine black satanic metal music using the murf tho. hahaha

i just received the octavius squeezer! it is a small pedal but with massive capability.

how much u got it for? quite expensive right?

and why is there SD card? I thought the thing was supposed to be analog.... pretty weird that it has a SD card to save presets, means the preset settings to apply to the effects are all digital?

confused... how does that even work...

resetti: the vco, filters, fuzz are analog. but the settings, tracking and banks are digital. the SD card is used to save settings on the computer as well as to update its firmware.

5sw: i posted up my initial review on talkbass! check it out.

oh yeah... if u're GASing for it, buy it from Australia! You'll save plenty of money from that. And better if you have frens there. So they can drop by during the hols and CNY. I got mine from The Bass People.

my latest incarnation... .

this is what mine looks like now; just swapped out the GEB-7 and OC-2 for a ToneHammer and Verbzilla. having a lot of fun with it now; just deciding whether or not to get something along the lines of a DC Brick, or to stick to my 1Spot and separate 18v adapter...

i got a couple of new barges but my board is not properly set up yet. i need something to sort my power and some patch cables with plugs that are smaller than neutriks, yet don't cost a bomb. flatheads have a rather large surface area and they actually obstruct surrounding jacks.

and i think i might let go of the compressor. it rocks but i just don't see the need for a compressor at the moment
