Yeah man, except it was given to us in wav form, so I don't know if the bass was fretless. You're right on the instruments though.

Haha...did it feature 2 choruses of singing, then acoustic guitar solo, fretless bass solo and then singing again? Sounds familiar to me. U can tell it's a fretless by the tone, that smooth 'mwah' of the strings grinding against the fretboard.

Oh ya, it's abt 3 1/2 min long, with the acoustic guitar solo(2 tracks) 1 normal rhythm strumming. For the bass, the smooth 'mwah' of the strings sounded like fret noise to me and I filtered off everything above 2Khz.

Mmm...maybe we are talking abt different versions here. I was from SAE previously, and for an assignment myself and my classmates recorded a version of Fly me to the moon. I played the fretless bass and the acoustic guitar because the guitarist couldn't make it. The band arranged it like a jazz standard; singing,then guitar and bass solos and then back to singing again. My performances were terrible; makes me want to kill myself whenever I hear it. Really don't think that SAE would use that as an assignment, so I don't think that the recording u are mixing is ours. Anyway, Fly me to the moon is a pretty common standard; many people have covered it.

Changed to the EBS because of the FX Loop to help preserve the low end.
