telecaster owners!!!

The internet makes one gas for a guitar! Damn...I want a Tele Custom so bad...as much as an LP Custom...

the squier telecaster models are really excellent, even though they are a sub brand of fender and produced with lower budget, the parts and sound quality is amazingly worth the price that u pay for it.

what's a souped up telecaster? how much?

Pour soup on a telecaster. Should get you close...

No seriously. He probably has afer market pickups... maybe new pots and switches.. Maybe a new bridge as well.

Hmm.

Too bad I can't buy anymore guitars until I finish NS (a promise to my folks).. I'd love to get my hands on an American Telecaster but I think I'll see if I can zhng my current one.

Or I could just save up and zhng my Epi SG to Burstbucker PICKUPS!!!

im currently using a MIM Fender Strat, but i always wanted a Tele... It's all because of that legendary TWANG! People always said that e TWANG is only suitable for country music, but i dun think that's true. It gives a very unique sound, n sounds very RAW with some overdrive. (Listen to Led Zep's Communication Breakdown) :P

just did the big switch from a les paul to a tele. LOVE IT.

it's second hand with dimarzio pick ups... no idea what models they are but the bridge is a hotrails-looking one that sounds bright and *ahem* hot, while the neck is standard chrome and sounds pretty dull. the bridge needs some taming but it sounds great.

thinking of changing out the neck pickups though. any suggestions? i'm looking for a strat-like neck pickup tone if possible.

Dimarzio or Seymour Duncan in the bridge? Sounds like something I may want to look into.
