I can donate a drum stool! I call it "stool" 'coz my "throne" is the cheap HOM drum stool that I bought from Swee Lee last year. Cannot adjust height though.
For a person of my height (I'm 168cm), when I sit down, the angle is just right at 90 degrees.

Yeah, RD, please bring your perc friend down. It's be awesome to be part of a percussion jam. I believe that drums are actually melodic and not just rhythmic so diff drums with diff pitches could actually be damn cool. Just like how the original percussionists in Africa & Latin America do it.

Dear Soft, Committee Members & Fellow Members of Soft’s Drum Exchange Singapore
I happened to have a meeting with Cycle & Carriage Group yesterday afternoon with their Manager on Marketing of DPS Lubricants (where we are the Distributor) and a dealer of Mitsubishi Parts…. They are a big Company (belonging to Jardine Group).
I brought up after the meeting (on a personal basis) with one of their Manager on Sponsorships for – Drum Exchange Singapore. I’ve spoke to them too again today.
I am supposed to write in send an e-mail to the Manager as I am looking towards Sponsorship for another Drum-Kit for Drum Exchange Singapore (a non-profit group here). I’m looking at sponsorship for only app around S$4000.00 for a 5pc Pearl Drum Kit – I wish we could get a Master Series (or any drum companies that will give us the best deal), if this Sponsorship goes through (we don’t know as yet) – that had just initiated.
1st thing:-
I have to send an e-mail proposing for sponsorship to them, giving them an idea about our this non-profit activities and how WE (as Soft’s Drum Exchange Singapore) will be able to give them – “ Wide Exposure “ here in Singapore –
2nd thing
An Official letter – from James (Owner Of Soft Music) to Cycle & Carriage Group – if APPROVED after our discussion with them.
Briefly – my discussion with them:-
The letter (e-mail) will have to be send by me to them (the Manager) who will pass this up to – Mitsubishi Car Sales Department (Marketing Department) – where they will study – how we can help them gain Widest Exposure – this will be the deciding factor whether we get it or not. Wish us all the best of luck here.
Generally – we all know know that – If Drum Exchange Singapore even as a Non-Profit Organisation holding Activities like these as in Promoting Drumming & Music in Singapore – MUST HAVE A GOOD IMAGE / IDENTITY through WIDE EXPOSURE/RECOGNITION in Singapore…This is our Only Equity – The People, the drummers who are members of Drum Exchange Singapore – We have to grow this group – go out and make ourself known – Sponsors are looking at this without doubt…So fellow Bros and sisters – Help Us Help Drum Exchange Singapore move – to it’s next level through all your support.
As Cycle & Carriage is a Reputable Company – akin to Soft Music (The Largest Music Forum here in Singapore – just look at our viewership) and (Drum Exchange Singapore – the only Non-Profit Drum Exchange here) – I see a Synergy a Win-Win Situation here. This is also partly why the reasons – We want a Pearl Master Kit (if they are willing to sponsor us) – The Image Blends.
From what I know – Cycle will be Launching their NEW Mitsubishi soon (that’s why I'm ask to approach their Vehicle Sales Marketing Dept through this manager) –They will only sponsor (Non-Profit Organisation) – they will want us most likely to assist them – if the Sponsor gets through – meaning :-
If they sponsor the drums- we will send our drummers down with Drums of course (at Cycle & Carriage) – you all have to do something lah – Drumming for instance there….We can bring 5 Kits’ – how many you tell them – They have plenty of Transport lah – to help bring our drums there – You Just Drum – Create An Atmostphere for their Launching of Mitsubishi.
Now I see it both way – Mitsubishi collaborating with Drum Exchange Singapore – both enhancing their Image at the same time – But I need you Better Drummers – to go out and play….Will you support Drum Exchange In This Manner? – Remember we have always wanted Exposure – creating Identity – now here is our chance – if we get the Sponsorship – would you Showcase Your Drumming for Us All and Play – We (those not so good in Performance standard ones – will have to go to support of course)?
Now – that being said as on Sponsorship of a Drum Kit From Cycle now – WE might be able also to get them sponsor us not (T-Shirts) but Jackets – and they told me – We have to wear them of course at their events or at some of our events…Hahahaha ! …- Wah get Sponsorship not so easy one hor? They are a big group of company – money they have plenty – it’s whether can we push our Image up together with theirs – Yes of course we will – that’s our Objective too here.
If assuming Mitsubishi Marketing Dept at end of day – find us not convincing enough to push their Image – then what? – Because they are a Big Group with many other business/products – we will have no choice (if we cannot get associated with Mitsubishi eg like Jackie Chan did) – but with their subsidiary company – for sponsorship-
Nevertheless – We try hard, we learn, we gain better experience in trying to promote Drum Exchange Singapore here, we did our best – and we all know now – How Very Important is the building od the Identity/Image of “Drum Exchange Singapore”
But I have full confident in all of you and in Drum Exchange Singapore that – We Will Be Where We Wanted To Be – and It’s Not Too Far From Where We Are Now …..We think Big, We Want It Big, Cause We ARe really A Big Family here...
Please Give Us your Fullest Support here dear Members Of Soft’s Drum Exchange Singapore. The Committee, Soft and myself share with all members here - Our Vision, of where we are heading towards & where we want to be - and we know - Unless we are all Align towards a common Direction & Goal (so you have all too have to move along the same path with us all) - there is no way - Drum Exchange will ever achieve this in the fastest manner.

Eh - nobody stands out here and says - Ok I will drum at Cycle & Carriage Showroon for Drum Exchange Singapore upon launch of their Mitsubishi Vehicles ley (what if we get it) ..... Alfie, Jiv, Jason and all those more experience drummers ?????? ... Can or not- There will definetely be plenty of People at the Launch...free makan,plentuty of publicity
