and paste it on a black or dark coloured Tshirt..

It looks groovy... 8) we may also want to consider to personalized our T-shirt by printing our nicks at the back of it like those soccer jersey... 8) I assumes the T-shirt quality is those jersey kind...

Bro DH...honestly I still dont know what type of Tees will be good (but I believes Round Collar ones might look better - sweat somemore ley after drumming)....Having Tees was an idea, a thought - that I feel will gives us the most publicity to the public if we all wear them during meetups or attending events etc ....besides the ( Banner & Our Bass-Drum Reso) (These being more prominent initially to build awareness of the existence of our Growing Drum Exchange Community here).
But I heard from people - Tee-Shirt Makers need volume - not that they could not make 30 or 40pcs initially (the cost is higher), then I also thought about - What when we have NEW Drummers wanting to get the Tee-Shirt (there will always be some each month)...SO I hope we can have a good Tee-Shirt Maker who can cater to this area (providing us the service in our current position) - of course we have to pay a little higher than the norm here.....anyway it's Dutch, and it's not compulsory for individual to have 1 or 2 Soft Tee-Shirt......but I think ... just as in any club or whatever - when people of the club/joints feels themselves more closely associated with a certain group (especially if the group image/identity is very well-enhanced & reputable & differentiated, people do feel good & proud to be a part in it) - this is our ultimate objective - grow the drumming community together as a group through Soft Forum & it's Monthly Drum Exchange Program.
Nick / Real Name - better not put at the Tee-Shirt - but we used Tags instead (this one can be easily planned later-on)...
Rear of Tee Shirt - will just be "Drum Exchange Singapore" - where we can all be proud to move around with that...and must be BIG BIG one...Kiasu a bit here scared people cannot see.
Front Of Tee-Shirt - "SOFT LOGO" & " Inspired To Drum, Drumming To Inspired"
The Corporate Colour of all above - Orange / Black & White Colour .....maintaining one common Identity can then be decided on how to do the Tees. What is Background Colour etc. The Bass Drum Reso will share the same format as Tees and the Banner as well.

My Opinion:- I think it might be a good idea to just :-
(1) Have the SOFT Orginal Logo - at left-front of Tee-Shirt (like a Badge like that but printed ones).
The Slogan " Inspired To Drum, Drumming To Inspired" - somewhere at the Centre of Front Tee-Shirt - Medium size lettering.
The Back of Tee-Shirt - Big Big One - " Drum eXchange Singapore ".
Simply means: - "Drum eXchange Singapore" is Soft and Soft is Drum eXchange Singapore now.wwwwwwwwww. - rejuvenated and started again here in Soft, are make up of Drummers from all walks, but not necessarily all are Soft Drummers/Members (most of them yes), retaining Individualities In Own Area Of Drumming but Sharing The similar Passion here in Singapore.
----------- Then if we really want the word - DRUMMER.....we can do this (if we want subject to discussion) - put the word drummer replacing Soft Original Logo at left-front of Tee-Shirt (like a Badge like that but printed ones) - BUT the Soft logo now have to be placed somewhere else - WHERE - Maybe at the 2-sides of the Sleeves?...I dunno..hehehehe...or a CRazy-Idea - the word Soft Soft Soft Soft all around the Round Collar Neck.....

the round logo put on the left hand side of the front T ( i wud prefer it to be without the circle tho)
behind big big are the words 'Drums eXchange Singapore'
followed by the slogan 'inspired to drum, drumming to inspire' below....
soft logo put at the right hand side of the sleeve...
(since the round logo at the left side, we put soft logo at the right side.)

Well..................I aleady have someone who will probably do the sample 1st to show us - (By Luck here using SilkScreen Printing)....on 100% Cotton Tee-Shirt.
I do not know - if the prices he quoted me is call REASONABLE or not - BUT I will discuss this with James (Soft) and my Committee.
The good thing is that he is able to do this for us initially as a Group Purchase, then maintaining the PRICING to NEW Members who wanted to print it - eg ONce a Week collection of Order...But I need his Commitment - as we need UNIFORMITY in Design, Colour and such...of course using 3 Colours will be more expensive than using a single colour.....Because we are non-profit - I hope he will help us here in Soft.
Now Back to Topic: -
All of a Sudden - I picture ourself taking a Group Photos with our MAPEX DRUM & our Banners - then something strike me -
If we put the Lettering "Drum eXchange Singapore" behind our Tees....and we are all facing the Camera - cannot see the word lah - only see "Insired To Drum, Drumming To Inspire" only - we cannot turn our back to the Camera to take Photos right?......Should be having it the other way round ? - Please discuss Bros.
ALso the "Soft Logo" - I was thinking = Can it be placed at the back of the Tees at the centre of the collar - It will looks like a "BRAND NAME" like in some Tee-Shirt Manufacturer - How's that - We can discuss too here.
Let's get this up quickly - so we can commission the guy to do a Sample for us........I hope to finalise by this Week

I like the Soft Original Logo - I think it looks nice.....with our Colour (Orange, White & Black)...reminds me suddenly of a successful marketing company - Hahahaha - - " M1"
The Tees, the 2 Banners, and OUR Drums - must all be ready before we will get everybody down to take a Group Photograph - where we will be intending to do up Poster - for Building Awareness and Image of Soft Drum Exchange Singapore.......This will then give us a Good Identity perceived here as a Well-Organised Group Of Drumming Community...I foresee Drum Exchange will grow and inspire many other drummers into joining the Exchange. We do this by focusing on creating more Publicity to achieve Widest Recognition.... through above and sustaining it along the way through a Culture here.
The Committee has came a long way, with Alfie, Harry (and all other Committee Members & Members at the Exchange) making sure that the meetup is being run in a better-organised way as we all learn, other new events will come along the way for the betterment of everyone as we move along in the future......and at the same time PROMOTING & ENHANCING The Image Of DRUM EXCHANGE SINGAPORE within SOFT and outside of SOFT is the core now if we are to succeed over the long run.
AND..We'll Keep On Changing, as nothing can or should remain Stagnent if it's Growing (in it's management) - The only thing that shall remains unchanged is "Soft" "Drum Exchange Singapore"

uuhhhh...seems to me like there's a lot of stuff going on the tee-shirt leh. won't that be hmm...like cluttered? just my opinion ya, dun get angry anyone.
i figure no point putting everything on the tee, then no surprise already. but if u just put a few key words (like sort of a teaser), then it makes pple curious and wanna find out more. like sometimes when there are super simple print ads with like just 1 word or a url, if i see it often enough, it makes me REALLY REALLY wanna find out more. i feel this is more impactful and also easier to recall.
i like Rajiv's SOFT DRUMMERS logo too, very retro and hippie. i suggest an alteration to it tho. perhaps on the front of the tee, we could have a simplistic drawing (fill up top half of tee) of a drumset. then on the bass reso, fill it up with just the word S.O.F.T. from Rajiv's design. then leave any other wording on the back. either the slogan or the url. i'm tinking a black tee with red drum outline (cos the new Soft kit is red mah), word SOFT in white to stand out, then orange wording on the back to link to the color of Soft's original logo.
i'd totally pay $20 for this.
