well i love biking! and yes i try to be extra careful whenever i go riding.but having some injuries is kinda shiok too!! haha looks more rugged

haha my for my case was PES C2 L2. if upper body injuries i think PES C1 something something.. if you had previous injuries just declare lah..

broke my arm twice and the MO refused to downgrade me, was PES A at first, then PES D, and finally PES C1 L2..

and i thought i was relax all the way until i kenna IC2 signaller, LINE LAYING CHIONG AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

then again, my PES C was temporary. had knee surgery, the army pay lah..

then got months of mc. go medical review bloody hell the MO said my clinic specialist said im fit. then upgrade PES B. take ippt all. but my vocation remains the same lah. storeman that is.
