I don't agree... I'll take the '58, sell it, get the Warmoth pair with extra $$$~!

^.^

The funny thing is that no one knows how it sounds like and plays cause no walk in customers have actually removed it from the case besides me. I've played a couple of warmoth les pauls and they don't even hold a candle to this one.

I lol-lled. Anyways I doubt anyone would dare to try that guitar if they had zero intention of buying it.

naviros, I would think that the Warmoth is definitely bang for buck, but a Gibson has that extra something that makes it a Gibson you know? Something that likewise a Suhr or Tom Anderson can never replicate in a Fender.

Bottom line is, every guitar is unique in its own right.

Hahaha... personal preference I guess...

I'd rather live with extra moolah...

Either that or R9 or something, semi-translucent flames on a guitar dun stirr me as much as a tiger eyed les paul... ^.^

Here are some gears bought this year

nice collection of Haze and Class5!

I've heard that the class5 ain't easy to use if you don't have an antenuattor, because the only way to get dirt is to crank. True?

sweet stuff dude. the warmoth pair is STELLAR.

thanks dude!

Whoa Fibredrive, your guitars look sweet as hell.

What woods are those?

thanks ryan! The LP's got a white korina body and ebony board on mahogany neck. Strat's got a Spalted Maple top with Mahogany body and Macassar Ebony board on Bubinga neck. cheers!

RE: LP '58 Hot Rod - that is one sweet axe squirrel! the older gibbies are well worth it altho i don't know how much you paid for that. anyways am a sucker for nice wood grains and unique bindings (imho think warmoth's natural masked binding is cool). hehe. no regrets here!

for a mono functional amp like the Class 5, it's more objective not to have dirt in mind when dealing with its ilk 8-)

You could get some bluesy crunch on about 11o'clock on a LesPaul if you dig in hard. But it's really loud. I would use an attenuator at home.
