there are many pros and may cons. look at my thread to see the cons.

i'm starting to realise that there really might be more cons than pros

they bloody cost a bomb too. i could have bought another guitar with that money

Tuning is the biggest con! They are really unique as far as a trem...but the nut needs to be cut perfectly on the guitar and the tuners need to be quality locking....and that still does not guarantee TUNED. But as stated previously they are the least violating as far as installing.

i'm gonna trust the master beez to solve them problems.

actually locking tuners should be the least of worrys. did u see the thread i started. the extra friction point caused by the TOM bridge. that should be solved first. then yes, u're right, the nut needs to be cut perfectly.

just in :)

More gear when I get off my lazy butt...

It is a solid guitar. Plays fast and has a nice growl. Cost was USD$1099+tax+SIA girlfriend bringing it back from NYC. If I enjoy it later as much as I do now? I think I will have to get a couple more...haha.

Yes the Black Strat is from Blackwood. I couldn't help myself at the Big Sale! It plays really well. The Pickups have a nice clean sound but I'm thinking about changing them out? Not sure.

Thank You Jughead and Everyone. Honestly, the more I play this thing...I wonder why so many guitars just don't play this easy out of the box? It has a great tone and easy fast feel to it. I mean for the price it blows away so many so called high end guitars. Plus I feel the 80's guitar heroe moments coming back...haha

Kelv_w Hows the reverb?

It sounds really good, doesn't affect the tone (to my ears anyway) and plenty of options to choose. There's no audible hiss as well :D but the only drawback...it eats your battery up for lunch! mannn these pedals are power hungry. I was surprised it's not as heavy as it looks...a tad lighter than your usual Digitech pedals.

Anyway give it a go if you have the chance...I know I'm enjoying it atm.
