Thank you all for your kind comments. This guitar was passed down to me by my dad on my 21st birthday 
I'm 22 this year. According to him, it's a mid 1970s les paul standard and I believe those are stock pickups. I'm thinking of changing them to something with a more modern feel maybe. Should I? Haha.
I'm not sure how many piece is it too >< Forgive my ignorance. As for the sound, yes, of course it sounds AWESOME. It has the les paul tone, warm, goes straight to your soul and melts it down like an ice cream on a warm summer's day. Lol.
Bottom line is, I love it!!! It's just so sweeet. :mrgreen:
