i bought this guitar because it's tops in terms of playability & tone. i'm not an LP fan per se, it's not meant for me, should any appeal in any way i wouldn't hesitate to consider... the Grassroots was a good buy.

And presenting my completed Not So Custom 60s Strat:

Using an alder candy apple red body and Allparts SRO rosewood neck. Pickups are Manlius Vintage '62s. What a sound....it sounds great clean and overdriven.

Base is an American Deluxe. The bridge humbucker has been swapped out for Gibson Burstbucker and the tremelo bridfe is now a LR Baggs piezo x-bridge.
