Got this baby as a christmas present to myself.

Told the story 10 000 times, but i'll say it again

I went to Japan with the intention of getting a white strat but as soon as i walked into that cosy little guitar shop in the corner, the tele just shouted "HELLO! VICTORIA CHEW! GET ME NOW!". Hahaha. Ok, that was a little over dramatic.

I was a little hesitant because i did after all, come for a strat. But i thought since i already have a telecaster with single coils, a tele with humbuckers wouldn't hurt aye? So i bought the guitar, the shop owner forgot to return my dad his credit card, my dad forgot to take his credit card and well... I was too happy with my new acquisition. =x We only realised this when we left for Fukuoka and was about to check into the new hotel Long story short, we called up the shop owner and got a Singaporean friend in Hiroshima to help us get the CC back.

Then on the way back, the airline staff kept insisting that i check in the guitar. Having stubborn and persistent parents can occasionally be an advantage. Yay ( ^.^ ) v

I miss my tele deluxe.. heh! Love the strat like contours on it, super comfy guitar to play with! and the trans red is to die for..

now.. you need to buy the original WR HB pickups on ebay.. about 300-400 USD a piece. and rewire the whole dang thing. and gotoh locking tuners! A higher quality hardtail bridge.

@JMS: STOP MAKING ME GAS LITTLE ONE! And yeah, they're really comfy to play cause the curves sit right under my rib cage nicely. Only bummer is the neck actually.
