Official release of GCE-O level results 2007.

if u want retake the "old syallabus" its just taking the June paper. But the june paper is different from our syllabus. They have matrices and sets in their E maths and other topics too

Congrats to all of u...just a piece of advice from me to those thinking of the next crucial step:

Follow ur heart n set a goal towards what u wana do. Don`t end up taking something that u know ur heart isn't in it. Its gona be wasted in the end.

:)

If you go JC, make sure you still have enough gas to study for another 2 f'kin years to do well enough for As for Uni. If not, don't waste 2 more years studying shit that's 10× more redundant than what they are teaching in secondary.

sigh, i got 19pts but l1r5 is 15 with 4 bonus points. im trying to apply to pjc arts(1st choice) pjc sci(2nd choice). anyone else going to pjc?

They say JC is the hardest part of your journey (not even uni)..
If you wanna go, make sure you don't slack too much.. Too many people I know have retained their first OR second year..
And as mentioned, it is still as bloody redundant as what we learn in sec school..
The education system really need to change.. Rather than make us memorize we should be developing our ideas and thoughts to accommodate a new working environment..

to those who have not succeeded in getting into poly.do not weep in vain.ITE is your future.no i am not joking.lets put it this way.e.g take up higher nitec business + private O' level simultaneously.if one passes both, one will have choice of dropping ITE and entering one's desired poly.this equals to one year in ITE.if one fails the private O' then continue higher nitec studies and then obtain GPA>3/3.5.which means one is eligible to apply to a poly course related the one's ITE course which is business.that means one can choose Diploma in Business/others.I know this is a long way but its the only way to reach poly.guys are able to defer their NS after receiving GPA.which means guys who choose this alternative will most probably enter NS at the age of 22 or 23.

That day may have changed your lives but it is never the day that says the end of the world for you.these opportunities are waiting to be taken.who knows you might be far more successful than your friends who are able to enter the 2008 poly intake.well I know I do.

yeap, what DIME said.

Academic qualifications DOES not mean that you're successful in life. Coz we musicians gauge success by no. of music gear we own ;)

Well,i guess different people have different targets, some might cry upon knowing they scored 10 some might just be satisfied with a 20.

oh well, i think atmosphere is a different concern really.
Im sure when you hit the 17-19 you can pretty much balanced out the fact that you have to study and just zonk out all the negative peer influences i suppose.

Yeah. I think Dime is going to be successful. He is quite talented=) And yes. Academin qualifications doesn't matter much when you work. You just need to learn to talk well to succeed.
