'Good musicians'?!

Do you like, know everybody here? How do you know whether we are all musicians in the first place? This is a public forum, after all.

As far as I am concerned, FGL is a good musician and singer who kicks ass 'live' because I have seen him, met him, talked to him and seen him perform.

If he has got the time management skills to juggle work, performing nightly, having time for his wife and kids, plus socialising in Soft and contributing - then good what? Don't give me the excuse that just because you are 'good' in something - you must be doing it ALL the time.

If you don't have anything to contribute, you can troll around somewhere else for all I care.

Shouldn't you be practising or something?

I've got to agree with heckler. Dude, you don't expect the 'whole world' to be discussing about this topic right? Some prefer to take a step back and just read, some don't care, some have no opinions..Just chill la.

courts should punish criminals only for crimes against society.

why do religious people need to punish individual sins? i'm sure a religious society would believe in judgement day, rather than take matters into their own hands

My time (and my school especially) - all gangsters one, never study one. Don't know how I could even pass (with quite a decent PSLE aggregate some more :mrgreen:)...

And Wyldeboon is another Softie who blows my mind - his three piece band good dah! I think won Yamaha Asian Beat 2007 and invited as guest band in Yamaha Asian Beat 2008 finals. He plays the guitar and sings like a madman sia (in a good way lah). Respect!!

But everyday I see him post rubbish in FGL's Kaki Nang there.

em... we all know who the person with the raised arm in the pic above, yes? well, during his tenure in politics, he's been very liberal with alcohol (personal consumption) so it begets this question: eh, he muslim or not?
 
I'm sorry but why are we discussing whether the tunku or anyone in particular is "muslim" enough or not? This seems mildly offensive to me.
 
it opens up a wider scope for judgment- in which case, we should not be doing. i've been following this thread with much anxiety because i know some of the people here & the things they input pretty much speak for their reputation (they are all still my friends...); em... do we judge people by virtue of their online reputation exclusively? some thoughts there...

if you are offended, then apologies, it's not my intention to do so. the primary info about this character reputation is from Lee Kuan Yew which was made public access. you have to deal with him first.

as you can see, the things people do besmirched their religious embrace. many of us attribute this as the religion itself failing but we failed to see individual heretics being ill to the divine doctrine of any religion.

There's a difference between malay customs and islamic practice.

I wonder is eating a big plate of bryani by 4 person a malay tradition or is it promoted in Islam?
