MIJ DS-1

Give me another 3 months when mine arrive and we can talk about how good it is. I think it will be better than my Ibanez Keeley AD-9.

in term of functions wise, i believe it will definitely win over the AD-9. But what i am more interested, is not how good the echoczar is just by itself(since anyone/everyone can read listen to clips), but how it is comparable to other analog delays out there, tone/function/ability and performance. Some comparison among various delays(be it analog or digital) will definitely be more interesting, my sad worthless cent again

anyway, if i want to read something local about echoczar or the angelbaby, i think there is already a review of it on aging youth web zine from last year.

I would love to see something different instead since most likely you will be getting the 2006 version of the echoczar with additional features... 8)

no money to buy and also not as much passion like others, if i have just gotten into all this boutique mess, maybe. But....but....

hahahah

have fun with those thing, dont forget to post back ok. If there's any info for us which you can share about boutique or high end effect. Variety of it. I want to learn about it

I'm in the midst of testing out the Blackstone MOSFET overdrive. That I will review and post later... the way it interacts with your playing is tremendous.

Btw, you are mostly right to say OD/Dist/Fuzz, there is only so much to the way they sound, but the real differences are when you play with the pedal and the way it handles your playing. Thats why I have been searching for drive pedals because I want a peculiar way of interaction: little compression, no bloom, dynamic.
