Do we really wanna spend time on this thread here.
Selling and buying IS simple. As long as 2 parties come to an agreement over a product, whats there to complain about and how is it anyone's else business.
Neg prices is smthing you will encounter ANYWHERE. and friendly banter is gd anyway.
If the seller does not like someone's offer, you can either ignore or state your case why you feel your product justify your asking price.
If the buyer does not agree with someone's asking price, you can either ignore or let him know whats a gd price/market price/justify what his product doesnt warrant his asking price.
Its that SIMPLE, but please do so in a gd manner and over PM. there is no need to let everyone read what you got to say. And anyway, a buyer has got a right to sell at watever price he sees fit.
And please, when you say non-neg, stand strong to your price then, dun buckle and when you say neg, pls la $5 off a $500 product is not a discount. :S
I like to neg when i buy things also, but i dun get pissed when someone is not willing sell, i just put my offer on the table and you can always come back to me if you dun get a better one. If im desperate enough to want smthing badly, i will be desperate enough to pay for it. Nice and simple.
And there is no need to hijack/flame/disrupt a seller's thread. Advice can be dished out in a nice, warm manner.
So people let's all play nice, the purpose of this forum is to facilitate musicians. I have been lucky enough to meet gd people here for as long as i can remember, let's keep it that way.
Only people i cant stand is those who promised to buy and dun turn up, or promised to sell and sell to others. :evil: when you have already agreed...
