This is the original Gibson John Sykes model.

i would prefer the original custom with gold hardwares but this model is equally as nice.

however, i removed the pickguard, so yups.. wonder if it can fit normal les paul? i could sell it

am a les paul fan too, have a '93 made '60 standard reissue bought in U.S. Did not think much of it until i got a marshall tube amp. now am in love all over again. wont be able to post pics till next week as i lent my camera to my dad who is overseas.

seriously...what will be the ratio like for guitarists to own a LP?..maybe 1 out of every 3 guitarists owns a LP?

I have a Gibson LP Classic DC, goldtop. It is already discontinued. Both the sound and the shape of a LP guitar attracted me. I love that bassy and thick sound.

I am planning to get a strat soon. I guess it's always interesting to play both a LP and a strat becoz they are different but yet both are legendary :)
