haha yah precisely, more is better! While the archtop may solve help alleviate the problem but there are always better solutions. Nothing wrong building on an existing solution. I don't think anyone will say any solution is definite or full-proof.
It said the archtop added additional weight (I'm assuming its comparing to other types), which is generally true, however of course I'll give it the benefit of doubt as to how much it improves tone as it says. But like I said, can't really say zero la.
