Gear News 2006

it is the right of shops to change their prices right?

imagine if a guy who walks into a guitar shop, don't know about the sale, and then, the next day a sale happens.

and sometimes, prices jumps due to currency changes.
edwards/esp/ltd - Davis probably purchased them in YEN...and as currency changes, prices will too...at their discretion of course...

but if price drop..i'll be happy..why complain?

actually i think japan also uses USD for international trading for its stability.
and even if currency change, definitely no where near a drop of 25% or so.

cheap gear is gear news too right? so, here's another "innovation" from Behringer!
iAXE_laptop.jpg

Some called it iGuitar, Behringer called it "iAXE"...
The product literature is entertaining.

This guitar is good for those who like to reverse-engineer what was reverse-engineered (i.e. open up the guitar to see what's inside)

8O woohhh...

yes, it's another tube pedal... at least it's readily available off the shelf... 8)

tried it yesterday. i have one thing to say: I NEED A MIDRANGE CONTROL...

FYI- also in stock: Planet Waves tuner pedal

planetwaves tuner

i haf the planetwaves tuner. its not bad. gd for the price. 95 at davis. If only the cust service in davis could be improved. it wld make shopping there a much nicer experence

some bad services (not refering to Davis) are self-induced. this whole Davis service standard issue had been done before. hope we wouldn't tread that path again.

okk

okk dont mean any offence to davis.... but i like g77 service.... very cheerful smiles... especially beez haha

Sub, how do you find the Seymour Duncan SFX-03 twin tube classic™?

it's nothing high gain, it's definitely not in competition with the Koch mentioned here. if you want a dash of classic gain in your mix, the SFX-03 is a sweet device; very vintage vibe this one. it'll do better with a midrange control knob.
