yeah G77 had it months back when we jammed on it it was sold off fast. i got this from Davis. ST-72EX-58US. the vintage coils have a certain mid-range that i prefer over the ST-68 w/Texas specials. on K7 blend bridge-neck, phewwww!!

the guitar responds beautifully thru my gear n JCM800, in K7 blend its just superb.

How much u spend on Dimarzio 5-way, K7 blender and CTS (500k ?)pots? Any reasons why change the pots and selectors? Is the original of poor quality?

aha! fellow ST72 user! mine's the blonde version... 8) i kept my pickups in tact as well. currently itching to get a rosewood fretboard version...

i've tried many (if not all) Jap strats in the shops, the ST72's still the best IMO.
