My nice new Edwards LP98LTS in Cherry Sunburst.

It's not shiny, it's not even gloss. This features a nice Nitro finish. I'm quite sure it's either chambered, or swiss cheese (in this case, Japanese cheese). It's as light as my strats! Love this piece. It totally sounds good. Rather bright for an LP styled guitar. 8O
Brought it to jam sessions. Holds up well, and cuts through nicely. have to get used to the narrower frets though. I'm used to 25.5" scales, and a flat string angle profile. Suddenly, I feel like a rookie on an electric with this VERY unfamiliar feeling LP shape. But I dig the tone!!!
Duncan 59s in the neck, and the Duncan JB in the bridge. The JB is a bit too close to the strings, and tends to give the farting amp syndrome. But if I lower the pup, then the tone becomes a bit thin. Will have to think about this one. But the 59 is magic! Maybe changing these to real Gibson pups might be even better.
But nevertheless, the build is really good, and for this price, why on earth would I want to buy a Gibson for other than just the name???
Just wish Guitar 77 had another of these nitro finish ones. All sold out.

Otherwise I'd get another one, hopefully in Lemon Drop or Tobacco Sunburst.
