yesterday i did (reps x sets)
4x6 bench press
4x4 smith
4x6 lat pulldown
4x6 triceps
3x12 leg press
20min run
 
Well i train 5 times a week in the gym. mon-chest, tue-arms, wed-shoulders, thu-back, fri-legs. dats all i do man!! i gained bout 20kgs in the past 2 yrs!! hahaaa!
