tool has so many elements in them .. they are indeed one of the best and most unique bands... their time sigs are all way out but sound easy to the ears and their lyrics are deep maaaaaan...

Aenima was their best album for me.. i read in a magazine that their genre is under ART Metal...

but yeah man dhalif soundgarden freakin rocks ..Spoonman has a wierd time sig as well

they did have a tinge of 90s sounding rock in the Opiate/Undertow era though

Was glad I saw Pearl Jam n Mudhoney when they played in Singapore...Was an awesome show...

Best(and perhaps only) Grunge Movie: Singles....the soundtrack is one of my all time favourite CDs....

the grunge movie is a documentary called hype. It was shown at spore flim fest in late 90s. It documented a scene blown outta proportion by the media and how the seattle scene was, before the word grunge took over...
