ihsahn another gay who just prefers his old classical ways.. as he was never a true blackmetal musician compared to samoth the guy who composed the blackmetal side of emperor..

To me Ihsahn is a Awesome Musician, And ya Emperor is not those "True" Black Metal Bands they are Symphonic Black Metal, For you info Ihsahn also contribute to the classic day of Wrath of the Tyrants......

we should regard black metal as it is- black metal. the elements that make it 'true' or 'symphonic' is the dictation of the members propelling the music.

if we consider Emperor as the entity not true to their roots, then we are dismissive of their early but brief virulence.

well samoth was the only blackmetal musician around in emperor apart from faust.. well they DID acclaimed their true norwegian blackmetal status during the inner circle when euronymous was around and faust was still with emperor.. both samoth and faust had so called been acclaimed part of the inner circle.. well,cant blame ihsahn for being stuck into that situation.. but he did joined zyklon-b for a reason back then.. but too bad,he was better a classical and melodic guitarist himself.. i called him gay due to some reasons.. well its up to individuality anyway.. like you guys wont call maniac gay for some reasons when he's a gay faggot.. people have their idols or so called musicians heroes.. not everyone have the same one.. some would call dani filth a gay, some would call him a one of a kind great vocalist.. i was just pouring out my thoughts for ihsahn thats all.. nothing much.. no offense to his fans unless they take it too hard to handle.. maybe i was too harsh or too crappy on my first few entries.. as people say,it doesnt take a single meeting or talk to judge that person.. :mrgreen: its kind of pity when they had to acclaimed the true norwegian blackmetal status during Wrath of the Tyrant..

btw,you dont have to go to metal archives just to check on what genre were the bands playing back then and now.. unless its just a pity you guys dont buy their stuffs and listen to them or do emails or contacts with the bands itself.. i would prefer ST Werwolf to ihsahn.. unless you guys are just into mainstream metal.. well im sorry to offend you guys..

Actually I feel that it's quite funny that the "true" pioneers like Emperor, Mayhem, Immortal, Burzum, Darkthrone, etc had all strayed eventually. So much for being true black metal.

Like subversion had mentioned, it's all in the bloody name. Just don't diss other musicians. Because to deny that other musicians are geniuses in their own right, you aren't being open-minded at all.

Satanic Warmaster, Peste Noir, Vlad Tepes, Absurd, Master's Hammer, Bestial Mockery, Bestial Warlust, Gorgoroth, Windir, Infernal War, Poison, Cantus Bestiae, Genocide Kommando, Abhorer, Aura Noir, Spear Of Longinus, Angriff, Aska, Moonblood, Xashtur, Revenge, Conqueror, Blasphemy, Axis Of Advance, Akitsa, Mortician.. damn too many but i guess you guys got an idea or somehow can evaluate on yourself what type of music i'm listening to.. well hope to hear more from you guys.. ^_^ :mrgreen:

Look here, understand this statement that everyone is entitled to their own opinions whether you like it or not. You just got to be open-minded.
Do not detest one another for their knowledge in metal. It can be quite offensive to the other person when you barely know him/her. It's like, you see a guy who doesn't look like a metalhead, and you doubt that he knows much about metal and start whining that he's a poseur... But truth is, you don't really know him at all?
This applies to everyone. Metal is not about hatred, competition or detesting one another. It's about UNITY.

Stick to your roots and what you know.
